Scott is a movement coach and sports rehab specialist with a focus on joint integrity. With a background in internal martial arts and qigong, he is also a consultant and educator for movement professionals.

His clients range from top athletes/performers who seek to increase longevity to everyday athletes who are eager to return to an active lifestyle without pain.

John Parker

John Parker, CSCS, CHEK, PSSC

Originally from San Diego, California, John Parker has been involved in organized sports and outdoor activities since a young age. He graduated from the University of California San Diego and soon after became a strength and wellness coach.

John streamlines his clients’ results by encouraging total lifestyle design. Clients benefit by learning how to effectively manage their nutrition, fitness, travel, and mindset in the most focused way possible. John‘s interests include kettlebell training, sprinting, rock climbing, road trips, and travel.

Darrick Truong

Darrick Truong, MA, CSCS

Darrick, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), earned his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University. He’s helped collegiate athletes reach their greatest potential as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at UCSD for the M & W Basketball, Women’s Soccer, M & W Tennis teams.

Before that, he was in the Silicon Valley working with desk-laden employees of Google to maintain good posture and decrease pain. Now, he lives in San Diego and works with Franz at Revolution Fitness, where he trains clients from busy professionals to young elite athletes.

Jiri Peremsky

Jiri studied sports science throughout high school and university in Czech. When he moved to the US in 2001, he began a career as a massage therapist which exposed him to the world of Rolfing. He knew immediately that this career path would allow him to share that feeling with others.

Now he works with people of all ages (including a 96 yr old gentleman) and all levels of athletic ability, including those suffering from chronic pain, injuries, and surgeries to professional dancers, Pilates and yoga instructors, surfers, martial artists, volleyball players, and people who spend hours hunched over the computer every day.

David Kenebrew

David has been in training and fitness for many years. He became involved with weightlifting, bodybuilding and learning the process of altering body composition. He discovered innovative and unique exercise movements to reduce training time while achieving excellent results.His desire to stay on the cutting edge of fitness lead him to kettlebell training.

David and his wife Dr. Katherine are founders of Integrative Healthcare and Fitness. David has 26 years of service in the United States Air Force, Medical Service Career Field. He also had fourteen years of service with the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dallas, TX where he served as the Chief, Supply, Processing and Distribution Department as well as Program Analyst, Department of Nursing Services.

Bobby Buonchristiano

Bobby Buonchristiano, CPT
Kinesology Student, US Soccer National “D” Coaching Liscensed

Originally from Philadelphia, Bobby is a former model and a former D-1 Soccer Scholarship Athlete. He moonlighted as a kicker on the football team and a 400m runner on the track team at LaSalle University in the Atlantic-10 Conference. He was named Philadelphia Weekly’s “Best Fitness Instructor” in 2010 and recently began working with the Albion SC Pro Select program.

He currently trains athletes of all walks of life, from housewives to academy level soccer players. With his wife Natiya, a naturopathic medical doctor and international cover photographer, Bobby has been living in San Diego for the past four years raising his three children.
