"His approach on making "sprinting" available to the everyday athlete is refreshing and exciting."
Franz Snideman is the people’s coach. Exciting, passionate, a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty and a desire to help people become better versions of themselves. The skill Franz has above others, like Dan John, is that he has the ability to take the complex and break it down into an easy, manageable bitesize chunks to digest so you can use immediately. His approach on making “sprinting” available to the everyday athlete is refreshing and exciting. One of the most exciting prospects in training today.

"If you care about athleticism, power and speed done correctly do not miss this course!"
Franz Snideman knows power and speed like few others. As one of the best and most experienced Hardstyle Kettlebell instructors in the world Franz knows how to maximize power and strength, and as lifelong competitive sprinter and speed coach Franz can also bring that world to the average person.
Few things feel so empowering as being able to run fast. The quintessential teacher Franz, has broken down the components of being able to move fast and smooth into a course for everyone. His system of progressions and teachable sprint skills lets people of all ages and abilities learn to be their fastest selves.

"His incorporation of play, mobility, games, and sprinting gives his students a holistic and sustainable movement practice."
What strikes me most about Franz Snideman’s training style is his enthusiasm for building the inner athlete. Where most strength coaches orient their training programs on one-dimensional attributes, Franz is different. His incorporation of play, mobility, games, and sprinting gives his students a holistic and sustainable movement practice.
I was fortunate enough to attend two of Franz’s Primal Speed Sprinting Workshops. The course material transcended age and gender, allowing the lessons and principles to be applied to any athlete. In my personal experience, Franz taught me how to improve my sprinting technique using simple, yet effective methods. As a coach, Franz receives my highest recommendation. I have never met someone so willing to improve the lives of all those around him.

"Both the theoretical and the movement aspect of the course was clear, concise and most of all- very interesting."
I took the Primal Speed certification with Franz in Budapest in 2011. Although I was a Krav Maga instructor for many years already, this was my first introduction to the world of sprinting, and I must say it was an exciting one. In the one day course, we went through the basic biomechanics of sprinting, various drills, exercises and games which I still use in my training today.
Franz himself, other than being really fun in person, taught the course with a very high professional standard. Both the theoretical and the movement aspect of the course was clear, concise and most of all- very interesting. This course was one of the most challenging I’ve ever done, physically. It was also one of the most interesting and fun ones. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with any interest in movement, running, sprinting and speed development. ROCK ON FRANZ!
